What is the suction for?+
It holds the fabric against the soleplate while the steam penetrates the fibres. You can therefore remove creases with one hand, without having to pull the garment taut.
How long does a full tank last?+
The 350 ml tank gives 20 to 25 minutes of continuous steam. It is removable: take it off to refill it.
How long do I have to wait before using it?+
Heating up takes about 25 seconds.
Can I hang it on the wall or in the wardrobe?+
Yes. The holder fits on the wall or in the wardrobe; its locking knob secures it to the rail and stops vibrations during use.
Can I use it flat?+
Yes. As well as upright use, it can be used lying horizontally on a flat surface.
What is the rotating head for?+
