Product FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to charge the vacuum cleaner?+

A full charge takes 5 to 6 hours. Before first use, charge the appliance for 6 hours.

How do I know if the battery is charging or fully charged?+

While charging, the screen shows the percentage: the indicator light flashes during charging and stays steady once complete. During use, a flashing light signals low power that needs recharging, while a steady light indicates an adequate level.

The appliance isn't charging, what should I do?+

If the battery is completely flat, put it on charge immediately. If it doesn't charge, this can sometimes be normal: charging resumes once the battery has cooled down. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

How do I maintain the battery and avoid damaging it?+

The appliance contains a lithium battery; do not let it fully discharge. If storing it for a long period, recharge it for 3 hours every 3 months to preserve the battery.

How do I assemble the vacuum cleaner and its accessories?+

Connect the main unit to the aluminium tube, insert the floor brush at the end of the tube, then insert the battery pack. A "click" confirms each accessory is attached; check that no connection is loose.

How do I empty the dust container and clean the filter?+

Press the side latches on the container and turn to remove it, take out the foam filter and then the filter using the handle, and empty out the dust. It is recommended to empty the container after every use.

Is the filter washable, and how do I dry it?+

Yes: rinse the foam and the HEPA filter under running water and let them air dry. Let them dry completely before refitting them, otherwise the main unit could be damaged. Replace the HEPA filter every 3 to 6 months with a genuine filter.

Suction has dropped or the red light comes on, why?+

A steady red light signals debris blocking the suction pipe or a full container. Turn off the appliance, clean the pipe, and empty the container to restore normal suction.

What safety precautions should I follow?+

Indoor and dry-vacuuming use only: do not vacuum liquids, ash, cigarette butts, or smouldering material, and do not touch the appliance or charger with wet hands. Use only the original adapter and accessories.

My vacuum cleaner's indicator light turns red and suction is poor, what should I do?+

A steady red light indicates that debris is blocking the suction hose or that the dust bin is full. Stop the appliance, clear the blockage and empty the bin. Once the blockage is cleared, the light stays on for 5 seconds then goes off.

An error code is shown on the screen, what does it mean?+

E0 corresponds to a charger overvoltage and E3 to charging protection: check that you are using the original adapter. E1 indicates short-circuit protection and E2 a main motor overcurrent. E4 is a thermal protection, often related to a blocked hose: let the appliance cool down and clear the duct before restarting it.

My battery refuses to recharge right after being drained, is this serious?+

No, this is normal: charging does not restart while the battery pack is still hot. It resumes automatically once the internal temperature has come back down. If the battery still won't recharge after a long time, contact after-sales service.

What should I do before first use?+

Assemble the main unit with the aluminium tube and the motorised brush, insert the battery pack and check that no connection is loose. Then charge the appliance for 6 hours before using it. During charging the light flashes, and it stays steady once the battery is full.

How do I preserve the battery over time?+

Charge the battery before first use, then at least once every three months, and never let it fully discharge. Only use the detachable power adapter supplied with the appliance. If the vacuum cleaner will not be used for a long time, remove the battery before storing it.

Is the HEPA filter washable and when should it be changed?+

Turn the cover to the unlock mark, remove it, then take out the internal HEPA filter and wash it with clean water. Let all parts dry completely before refitting them, otherwise you risk damaging the main unit. Replace the HEPA filter every 3 to 6 months with a genuine filter to maintain the best performance.

Are there things I should never vacuum up with this appliance?+

Yes: this vacuum cleaner is for dry vacuuming only, so do not vacuum liquids or wet surfaces, and let a shampooed or steam-cleaned carpet dry completely before going over it. Never vacuum cigarettes, ash or material that has burned or is smouldering. Also avoid printer or photocopier toner, which conducts electricity.
