The outside of my grill gets very hot, is that normal?+
Yes: this appliance has a functional heating surface and other surfaces may reach high temperatures. Only touch the handles and grip surfaces provided, and use heat protection such as oven gloves. Let the other surfaces cool down sufficiently before touching them.
Can I immerse the grill in water to clean it?+
No, the appliance must never be immersed in water or any other liquid. Always unplug it from the power outlet before cleaning it and never handle it with wet hands.
Where should I install my grill to use it?+
Always place the appliance on a flat surface and make sure there is enough ventilation for hot steam to escape. Keep it away from heat sources, direct sunlight, open flame and high humidity. The appliance is intended for indoor, domestic use.
Can I plug it into a programmable socket or a remote-controlled system?+
No: the appliance is not designed to be used with an external timer or a separate remote-control system. It must remain plugged directly into a power outlet and must never be left unattended while operating.
My grill is damaged or its cord is damaged, can I repair it?+
Never use the appliance if it is damaged. A damaged power cord must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a qualified person. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself: contact after-sales service for repair or replacement.
Can a child use this appliance?+
