Product FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
My wet and dry vacuum cleaner will not switch on, what should I do?+
Press the power button on the panel for about half a second to switch it on. If the battery indicators flash quickly and the motor does not run, the battery is low: put the appliance on charge. While charging, the three indicators light up one after another, then stay lit once charging is complete.
The roller brush no longer turns, what should I do?+
An object caught in it, or too much hair and thread wound around it, is blocking the brush. Switch the appliance off, slide the button on the side of the brush towards the unlock icon and take the rotating brush out to clean it. Refit it, then switch the appliance back on.
