Frequently Asked Questions

What water should I put in the clean water tank?+

Use water that does not exceed 60°C. Add a neutral detergent to the clean water in the stated proportions. Tighten the tank cap firmly before refitting it on the machine.

How much water can I put in the carpet cleaner?+

The clean water tank has a capacity of 1.8 L, with a maximum level of 1.4 L. The dirty water tank holds 0.6 L: empty it as soon as it is full.

How do I treat a stain on a rug?+

Aim the tool at the stain and press the spray trigger. Then place the brush on the rug and move it back slowly. Do not use too much deep-cleaning product.

How do I rinse the machine after cleaning?+

Fit the self-cleaning brush onto the hose connection tool, then, with the machine running, hold down the water spray button. The time needed depends on how dirty it is: the water automatically rinses the hose and the dirty water is drawn into the tank provided for this purpose.

How do I empty the dirty water tank?+

Switch the appliance off and unplug it. Remove the tank vertically by pulling on its button, turn the cap, remove the mounting support and empty out the dirty water. Refit the support, then put the cap back on and tighten it firmly.

How do I maintain the dirty water tank and its support?+

Unplug the appliance, remove the tank vertically by pulling on its button and turn the cap. Remove the support and clean the tank by hand with clean water; the support is washable. Make sure everything is completely dry before reassembling.

How do I clean the brush tool?+

To detach the cleaning tool, press the button above the hose handle and pull straight up. Wash the brush tool, then make sure it is completely dry before refitting it and clicking it onto the machine's support.

My appliance has been dropped or it is leaking: can I keep using it?+

No. The appliance must not be used if it has been dropped, shows visible signs of damage, or is leaking. In that case, contact the service centre instead of switching it back on.
