There's a little water left in the tank on arrival, is this normal?+
Yes, this is completely normal. Every mop is tested at the factory before shipping, which leaves a small amount of residual water in the tank bottle. This does not indicate any fault.
How do I use the mop to clean my floor?+
Pull the handle upward to trigger the spray: a fine fan-shaped mist lightly dampens the floor. Then push the mop forward while holding it at about 45°, wait for the mist to be wiped up, then repeat area by area until you cover the whole surface.
How do I attach the refill pad to the mop plate?+
The refill pad attaches with a hook-and-loop strip. Line up its edge with that of the mop plate and press: it fits naturally over the whole surface of the plate. Check that it is lying flat before you start cleaning.
What does the box contain on delivery?+
You receive a handle set, a flat mop plate, a refill pad and the instruction manual. Assembly is done by lining up the handle clips and inserting them until they click into place. If a part is missing when you open the box, contact customer service.
