Product FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

My vacuum cleaner no longer charges, what should I do?+

The battery is faulty if the charging indicator does not light up once the charger is plugged in, if the three level indicators stay off after more than 5 hours of charging, or if run time drops to 5 or 10 minutes. It must then be replaced: press the battery pack button and slide it backwards, then fit the new pack.

Suction has dropped a lot and the motor is making an unusual noise, what should I do?+

Start by emptying the dust bin and replacing the HEPA filter, which are often responsible for a loss of suction. If the problem persists after changing the filter and the motor is making an unusual noise or smell, the motor is damaged and must be replaced. Contact customer service rather than attempting a repair yourself.

The floor brush has stopped turning, is it broken?+

Not necessarily: the brush is protected against rotor jams and switches off automatically when too many objects become tangled in it. Turn off the appliance, remove the hair and threads wrapped around the brush, then switch it back on. The brush starts turning again a few minutes later.

My vacuum cleaner switches off by itself after a while of use, why?+

This is the protection against high temperatures in the lithium battery: after prolonged use, the appliance switches off automatically. This is normal behaviour. Let it rest for a few minutes, and the vacuum cleaner then works normally again.

How do I clean the dust bin and the filters?+

Press the dust bin button to open and empty it. Then turn the bin clockwise while pressing the release button until it reaches the unlock icon, then remove the bin, the metal filter and the HEPA filter to clean them. Leave them to dry completely before refitting them to the appliance.

Hair is wrapped around the brush, how do I take it apart?+

Pull the button on the side of the floor brush towards the unlock icon to release the roller brush. Remove the tangled hair and threads, then refit the brush onto the floor brush.

How long does charging take and what is the run time?+

Allow 4 to 5 hours for a full charge. Run time is 30 to 35 minutes on low speed and 17 to 19 minutes on high speed.

I won't be using it for several months, what should I do with the battery?+

Recharge the battery at least every three months during extended storage, to preserve its run time and lifespan. Also charge it fully before first use and before using the appliance again after a long period of inactivity. Use only the power adapter supplied with the appliance.
