Frequently Asked Questions
My handheld vacuum cleaner no longer suctions or suctions poorly, what should I do?+
This is most often because the dust bag is covered in dust. Remove the whole dust bin unit, take out the bag, clean the dust off the surface then put it back in place the right way round. Also check that the bag and its cover are correctly positioned in the bin, otherwise dust is no longer collected properly.
My vacuum cleaner stops very quickly after switching on, why?+
First look at the power indicator: the number of lit lights shows the remaining charge. If only one light remains, the appliance is almost out of charge and needs recharging via the USB cable plugged into the supplied adapter. Over time and charge cycles, battery performance naturally declines.
My handheld vacuum cleaner no longer charges, what could be causing this?+
Start with the USB cable: if it is damaged or making poor contact, replace it, as this is the most common cause. Also check that you are using the original adapter, as another charger may not be suitable. If the light flashes abnormally despite a correct cable and adapter, the problem is internal: contact the after-sales service.
How do I properly charge my handheld vacuum cleaner?+
Switch off the appliance with the on/off switch before starting to charge it, then plug the USB cable into the vacuum cleaner's socket: the charging light starts flashing. Once charging is finished, unplug the cable: do not leave the appliance permanently plugged into the charger, as this damages the batteries. The batteries must be charged before the very first use.
Can I vacuum liquids with this appliance?+
Yes, this handheld vacuum cleaner is designed for both dry and wet surfaces and materials, and comes with a wet suction nozzle intended for liquids. After vacuuming a liquid, clean the bin immediately: otherwise bacteria or mould can develop in it. Make sure the filter bag is completely dry before using the appliance again.
How often should the dust bin and filter be cleaned?+
For best results, empty the bin and clean the filter after each use. Press the release button to open the bin, remove the filter then take the filter bag out of its holder. Rinse the bag with cold water and let it dry completely in the open air, never in hot air, before putting it back in place.
What should I do before first use?+
Remove all packaging, then gently press the filter bag and the dust filter into the bin: they may have loosened during transport. Then place the bin onto the motor unit by engaging the plastic tab into its notch, press the release button and push the bin into place, then release so the catch locks. Finally, charge the batteries.
Are there things I must not vacuum with this appliance?+
Yes. Do not vacuum sharp objects or glass shards, nor lit matches, glowing ashes or cigarette butts. Also avoid chemical products, stone dust, gypsum, cement and similar particles, as well as flammable substances. Never use it without its dust filter and make sure not to block the ventilation slots.
