Frequently Asked Questions
My machine no longer switches on, no lights at all, what should I do?+
Check the power supply: the socket, the mains voltage, the fuse and the main switch of the property. If the power supply is fine and nothing lights up, do not dismantle the machine and take it to an authorised service centre.
My machine switches on but no longer makes coffee, what should I check?+
First check that the water tank isn't empty: fill it, then press the short coffee and long coffee buttons several times to make sure water is flowing properly. Then check that a used capsule hasn't stayed in the brewing system and replace it with a new one. Finally, make sure you have chosen the drawer matching the brand of capsule used.
I press a button and nothing happens, why?+
The drawer is probably not in the right position. Pull it out then push it firmly back in to make sure it is properly engaged, and restart the preparation.
My coffee isn't hot enough, how can I fix this?+
Preheat the cups by rinsing them with hot water before making coffee. It is also possible to increase the coffee temperature: the machine offers 6 levels, with the normal level in the middle, 4 notches above and 2 below. This setting can only be changed while the machine is in standby.
The capsule drawer is jammed and won't come out, what should I do?+
Switch off the appliance and let the pressure inside the machine drop, then try pulling out the drawer again. Do not force it and do not dismantle the machine yourself.
My machine switches itself off, is it faulty?+
No. To protect the machine and save energy, it switches off automatically after 25 minutes of inactivity. Simply switch it back on with the on/off button.
What water can I put in the tank?+
Only cold purified water: no hot water, tap water or any other liquid. Respect the MAX mark on the tank and do not exceed 820 ml.
Can I put the machine's parts in the dishwasher?+
No, none of the machine's parts go in the dishwasher. Remove the tank, the drip tray and the drawer, empty them and clean them with a soft cloth then with clean water. Wipe the outside with a soft cloth and never immerse the appliance.
